With mid cost searches, NRG supplies the candidates AND the process. We make it quick and painless to get a shortlist of candidates for final interviews. We design and run a search to not only source a high quality, diverse talent pool of candidates who want to work for you in this specific opening, we then run screening interviews to provide you with a targeted list of vetted candidates ready to work. 

High Cost Searches

With high cost searches, we run the show. Think of us as your in-house, out of house recruitment team, designing and running not only the search process, but conducting interviews and follow up from the word jump. We hustle to not only find the right candidates, but to get them excited about you and the role. We develop relationships with candidates on your behalf so that they don’t just apply for the job, but they are invested in getting it, so that we place the right candidate, fast.

About NRG Consulting

NRG Consulting was founded in 2018 by Naomi Roth-Gaudette. Naomi is a seasoned grassroots organizer and a relentless recruiter with infectious energy. Each year, NRG Consulting Group works with 100+ mission driven organizations to place 300+ candidates in openings nationwide.

Client wins from the past year include:

• Recruiting and selecting 12 outstanding organizational leaders, from Executive Directors to Vice Presidents

• Finding, developing, and hiring 34 compelling candidates in director or manager level roles

About our founder

More than 20 years ago, Naomi cut her teeth as a PIRG organizer and went on to become their National Field Director. She is the former Executive Director of Green Corps, an environmental organization that trains recent college graduates in a one-year post-graduate program in grassroots community organizing. When Obama first ran for president, she hired 600+ people to move to swing states to get him elected.

As a parent, she has more recently focused her efforts on closing the opportunity gap in education, recruiting talent in the space and organizing low income families to advocate for better schools. Naomi lives in Boston with her wife (who also does social justice work) and her two daughters.
